The redevelopment of the existing 1.37 acres parcel at the intersection of West 20th and Youngfield will be similar to the existing Beer Garden concepts at Lowry Hangar2 and Green Valley Ranch. The site is currently vacant and wedged between an existing retail center and gas station.
